• Mansards This type of conversion is commonly found in Central London areas, where clients are obliged to follow the mansard trend of similar conversions, as it is often required by the local planning authority in these areas
• Dormers This option is where the existing loft space is of insufficient size for the proposed conversion. It creates additional headroom for the staircase and new room(s)
