Extensions

Inout builds all types of extensions, such as side returns, rear extensions and roof top extensions which are commonly found in central London. We carry out extension projects by following one of the two procedures below:

• Inout can provide a full design and build service, from drawing the initial plans using experienced architects and structural engineers to handling the planning application and building regulations application, and then carrying out the build stage from this point

• We often find that the client already has the plans drawn up and planning permission has been granted. Inout will then take over the project for the build stage and furthermore, is able to commence works at short notice

Single storey extension can add a kitchen or additional living space to your home, increasing the value of your property. Extending your existing kitchen into the side return can create a stunning new kitchen/living area and will be much admired by friends and family. Loft Conversions

Inout builds all types of loft conversion, such as mansards, dormers and the installation of rooflights/Velux™ which allow the householder to keep the shape of the existing roof.

• Mansards This type of conversion is commonly found in Central London areas, where clients are obliged to follow the mansard trend of similar conversions, as it is often required by the local planning authority in these areas

• Dormers This option is where the existing loft space is of insufficient size for the proposed conversion. It creates additional headroom for the staircase and new room(s)

• Rooflight/Velux™ This option is generally adequate for those contemplating the smaller loft conversion, generally for a single bedroom, study, etc, where adequate height is available within the existing loft space. Rooflights/Velux™ can be installed with minimum disruption, as the shape of the existing roof does not need to be altered

We carry out refurbishment/renovation projects by following one of the two procedures below:

• Inout can provide a survey, design, cost and create every aspect of your refurbishment, using experienced architects and structural engineers, and then carry out the build stage from this point

• We often find that the client already has the plans drawn up. Inout will then take over the project at this stage to carry out the building works and furthermore, is able to commence works at short notice due to the depth of resources of the company

Project Management

Free Quotations Policy

An appointment can be made with Inout for your project to be viewed (a free viewing) at a time that is convenient for you. A project manager (office based) and site manager (site based) will attend the viewing of the proposed works and a price will be formulated within five working days after the viewing.

Inout uses three main documents:

1. Estimate A free estimate document will be drawn up by Inout indicating the estimated cost of the project within five working days after the viewing

2. Quotation If the client is happy with the estimate, then Inout will proceed to draw up a second document which is a free quotation document specifying the project in detail

3. Contract If the client wishes to proceed with the project, both Inout and the client will need to sign a standard contract before works commence (no cost involved)

Contracts Policy

Inout uses a standard contract and by doing so avoids any unnecessary legal costs.

Insurance

Inout is fully insured in respect of all Public Liability and Employers Liability Risks. We are insured by AXA who are one of the largest insurers of commercial business in the United Kingdom.
