What make inout different from other refurbishment companies ?

We understand and appreciate the stress caused by working in your home. We will take you through the whole process step by step. We will be there at the end and beyond into the maintenance period, especially when you need to ask questions. We can offer our clients a turn-key package taking the worry and stress out of your renovation and refurbishment projects. This allows you to have as little (or as much) involvement as you would like.

Which areas do inout cover?

We are based in north Essex and can cover a 50mile radius from our base near Stansted Airport. But don’t let the distance put you off we will be happy to go the extra mile!

What services do you provide?

From design consultation through management of your builders to a full turn-key package. Refurbishment remodeling & modernisation, garden design and construction, kitchen and/or bathroom design & installation, audio visual installation, home automation; full house or individual rooms, all at once or in phases.

How can I request a quotation?

Is there any charge for a quote?

We make no charge for our initial consultation. We will work with you to realize the opportunities that your home and garden has to offer. Within which we would look to compile a detailed breakdown of your requirements and then compile your quote.

Do you have any references from satisfied customers?

How will my quote be calculated?

We charge all our work based on the detailed quote / specification you receive not by the time taken, so you will know the costs of the works before we start.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes ! We have a £5,000,000.00 cover. We are more than happy to supply a copy of our cover with your quote.

How do I find out what building controls and planning permissions I might need?

Some works are classed as permitted development and others require planning consent and sometimes listed building consent. We will be more than happy to help with all of these, this is part and parcel of our service.

Should I hire an architect or engineer and how do I find one?

We will, organize all the necessary parties to ensure they all work well together, we see this as fundamental to the success of the project, but we will only employ those who are absolutely necessary depending on the complexity of the project.

Can inout provide architect and structural drawings?

We can either produce these in house or offer you the details of a number of Architectural and Structural Engineering firms with whom we work.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical works?

Yes we handle everything with our own select partners of experienced NICEIC / Gas Safety register (Corgi) engineers registered tradesmen. If you have any tradesmen you wish to use we will be happy to cooperate.

How is payment made for projects?

We accept an initial deposit followed by stage payments and the balance to be paid when you are totally satisfied with your project completion.

Is there any type of formal documentation to confirm my project requirements and costs?

Yes, we will provide you with an agreement signed by both ourselves and you the client outlining the project costs and the specification of the works. It’s nothing too lengthy, although we feel it’s a great reassurance for our customers.

How will my project be planned?

A project plan incorporating a bar (Gantt) chart will be created for your project outlining the overall timings and milestones for the project.

Who will work in my home and garden?

Only those select partners of inout will work in your home and garden, we are very conscious of safety and security issues.

How long will it take?

That depends on the size of the project and other factors such as weather, access etc. It's an impossible question to answer on a website but if you send me an enquiry we'll be pleased to give you a time and financial estimate.

How much will it cost?

Again this is one of those questions that is tricky to answer - you may want me to design a small courtyard garden or landscape a country house! Talk to us and we'll be pleased to provide you with an estimate, and once commissioned a firm price.
